Is the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Smoking Crack? Madonna is the newest female artist to be inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. However, I’m surprised at who’s NOT on the list! HEART (eligible in 2000), Joan Jett (eligible in 2000), Pat Benetar (eligible in 2004), Cyndi Lauper (eligible in 2005). What the deuce?
